We practice techniques and defensive moves, with the mentor demonstrating them slowly to ensure proper form.
Each exercise is repeated with a partner under the trainer's supervision for safety.

Warm-ups
We based the training on average values for the "7-9 years old" group. However, the overall training time and round durations may vary depending on the age group, schedule, and availability of a special program.
The warm-up starts with light cardio to prepare the muscles and body for activity, followed by stretching and active games to boost coordination and motor skills.
All exercises are tailored to the children's age to prevent overexertion.
